We can care for you the best when we have your medical records prepared and have an appointment scheduled for your visit. However, we do realize sometimes occasions arise when you or a family member need to be seen right away. We utilize an open scheduling system, which allows us the flexibility to provide same-day appointments and walk-ins. We know your time is valuable, so we work hard to make time for you!
To make an appointment, please call (402) 483-6000 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Please have all necessary information available before calling so we can schedule your appointment at an appropriate time. If you feel an appointment is needed on the day you call, please call as early in the day as possible.
Please bring your photo ID, insurance information and any medications, vitamins or remedies you currently take to every appointment you have with us. Please arrive a few minutes early for each appointment. If you have not been seen by our clinic before, please arrive approximately 20 minutes early to complete our initial information and a health questionnaire.
Life has a way of catching up with everyone. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our office in advance. This allows us to satisfy the requests of other patients who are in need of our services. If you accidentally missed your appointment but still need to be seen, please call (402) 483-6000.
For specialist referrals, we request 24-hour notice.
