Bruce Gfeller, MD
Dr. Gfeller was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and was raised in Lincoln. He graduated from Creighton University and was valedictorian of his medical school class in 1981. Dr. Gfeller received his family practice training at the Lincoln Family Practice Program and then was selected to train family practice residence at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He returned to Lincoln in 1988 as a faculty member of the Lincoln Family Practice Program and served as its director from 1996 to 2003. He joined Holy Family Medical Associates in June 2003 and greatly enjoys providing full-time patient care. He and his wife, Janet, have three children. Currently, Dr. Gfeller is active in many church activities and enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening and spending time with his family. Dr. Gfeller enjoys the full spectrum of family practice, from newborn care through geriatrics, and is board certified in family medicine.
