For our established patients, we offer careNOW, a walk-in urgent care clinic from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. No appointments are necessary, but patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
careNOW hours are reserved for acute medical issues like sore throat, cough, urinary tract infection and flu symptoms. During these walk-in hours, we cannot provide care for chronic conditions like diabetes or COPD, nor can we perform well-woman annual exams or medication check-ups.
If you are experiencing life-threatening symptoms, dial 911.
For refills, please notify your pharmacist 2-4 days prior to running out of medication to prevent undue lapses in your medication schedule. All prescriptions and authorizations for refills must be requested during normal clinic hours. Not all prescriptions can be refilled over the telephone. If you have no refills remaining on your prescription, you may need to schedule an appointment with your physician.
